Anne Callen is a Partner at Korn Ferry, a global organizational consulting firm. She is a seasoned HR executive with deep expertise in HR Strategy, HR Effectiveness, Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, CEO/Senior Leader Succession and Organizational Design. In her role at Korn Ferry, she leads consulting projects with clients across the U.S. to drive business imperatives through people strategies.   

Prior to working for Korn Ferry, Anne was the Vice President of Talent Management for Advocate Aurora Health (a $12B, 75,000 employee health system) where she owned the responsibilities for multiple HR functions. She is also on the board of the Talent Management Executive's Consortium.

Anne has a master’s degree in psychology. She has been an active volunteer for Reclaim13 since 2017 and is passionate about the work of Reclaim13.  Anne serves the Session Commission and is an Elder at Yorkfield Presbyterian Church. She is also on the Discipleship Committee. Anne and her husband, Steve, have 3 children


Treasurer - John Kujawa
VP Global Franchising,
McDonald’s Corporation, retired

John Kujawa is the former Vice President of McDonald’s Global Franchising.  Before leading Global Franchising, John served as Vice President of Franchising for McDonald’s USA, LLC.  A 26-year McDonald’s veteran, John began his career as a Senior Franchising Attorney and has held various Home Office and Field positions including Senior Director of Franchising for the Central Division and General Counsel for the Southeast Division. Prior to joining McDonald’s, he was an attorney at the Chicago law firm of Chapman and Cutler. 

After leaving McDonald’s, John formed JAK Advisors which assists Franchisees, Franchisors and other small businesses in strategic planning, resolving disputes and closing transactions. John was also the Executive Director of the National Owners Association, an independent group of McDonald’s owners, during its formation stage. John received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.S. degree, magna cum laude, in Finance from Bradley University.


Member at Large - Matt Davidson 
Superintendent 
Timothy Christian Schools 

Matt Davidson is the superintendent of Timothy Christian Schools, the largest Christian school in Illinois and one of the largest in the country. Davidson frequently offers his consulting expertise and public speaking with other private schools, non-profits, churches, businesses, and organizations.   

Davidson is also involved with multiple boards and committees, mostly in the nonprofit world. Among his favorites is Reclaim13. He has been on the board since 2018. He also serves on the national committee for Coaches vs. Cancer – a division of the American Cancer Society. He is also the chairman of the board for the Illinois Coalition of Nonpublic Schools, representing all private and nonpublic schools in the state; and is the state representative in Washington DC for the Council for American Private Education. Davidson has been the chairman of the Thrivent Member Network Chicagoland Region Board of Directors since 2019. Thrivent is a Fortune 500 Company in financial planning and wealth management. Among a few others, he serves on a tax credit board in Arizona; an elder at his church; and a board member for the Timothy Foundation.  


Member at Large – Mark Derry

Mark Derry is a former Vice President of Strategic Planning for Exelon, overseeing strategic planning for its utilities in Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC. Mark retired from Exelon in June 2018 after a 35-year career which included roles in strategy, business planning, finance, and accounting. He also participated in several M&A integration teams.

Mark joined the Reclaim13 Board in 2016 and became Reclaim13 Chief Financial Officer in May 2021. In this role, he assists Cassandra Ma in strategic direction of Reclaim13 and oversees the business and administration functions. In addition to being the Reclaim13 CFO, Mark serves as Executive Director at One Line Church in Wheaton, IL.


Member at Large - Grant Dixon, J.D.

Grant Dixon III is the founder of the Dixon Law Office in La Grange, Illinois. For more than 30 years as a trial lawyer, he has represented plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death matters. His cases have included automobile, nursing home and medical malpractice, product liability, worker's compensation and toxic tort matters.  Before starting Dixon Law Office, Grant worked at Corboy & Demetrio in Chicago for nearly ten years. He is a former judicial clerk to The Honorable Charles R. Norgle, Sr., of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  

Grant has received numerous awards and accolades for his representation of injured victims. He has been selected as a Super Lawyer and Leading Lawyer in Illinois for personal injury.  Grant has been selected each year for more than a decade. Grant has also been selected to be a member in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum Grant is a sought-after speaker. He is a regular guest on multiple media shows such as WGN Legal Faceoff and others. Grant has been an invited speaker more than 130 times. As an author, Grant has written more than 35 published articles on legal and religious topics.For Reclaim13, Grant is a member of the Board of Directors and General Counsel. Prior to joining the Board of Directors, he served on the Advisory Council and serves as an advisor to the security team.  


Member at Large – Kari Galassi 
DuPage County Board Member 

Kari Galassi serves as a County Board Member in DuPage County, Illinois-the second largest county in the state with nearly a million residents.  She represents District 3, which has approximately 160,000 residents and 11 different municipalities. Kari’s platform on the County Board is ensuring fiscal responsibility, public safety and supporting economic development. She is the Vice Chair of the Economic Development Committee, and her workforce development initiative won a National Association of Counties award.  

Kari graduated from Indiana University in accounting and passed the CPA exam.  She started her career at Arthur Andersen in their commercial audit division and transitioned to executive recruiting. Kari has positively impacted her community by being a member of the Hinsdale Hospital foundation to raise monies for a Neonatal Intensive care unit, was the president of committee to ensure the passing of a referendum to benefit the local high school.

Reclaim13 / Compassionate Communities for Children 

Dr. Cassandra Ma, Psy.D., is the Founder and Executive Director of Reclaim13, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing healing services to survivors of sexual abuse, trafficking, and exploitation. Reclaim13 was founded in 2012.  Dr. Ma and Reclaim13 have been recognized by the Office of the U.S. Attorneys for the Northern District of Illinois for their work with human trafficking victims and survivors. She has been recognized by the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services for her compassion, dedication and commitment to the children and families of Illinois. Dr. Ma has been featured on ABC’s “Our America: Women Forward” and “Asian Influences.” She presents frequently about child trafficking and child victimization and contributed the chapter on “Developmental Aspects of Child Trafficking” in the book, Psychological Perspectives on Human Trafficking, published by the American Psychological Association. In 2023, Dr. Ma was recognized as Woman of the Year by the Rotary Club of Chicago. In 2024, Dr. Ma was awarded Convene’s Infinitely Beyond Award recognizing Convene members who have courageously answered God's call and stepped out in faith, allowing God to work through them in remarkable ways to advance His Kingdom. 

Dr. Ma received her doctorate in clinical psychology at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in marriage and family therapy at the Family Institute at Northwestern University, where she joined the staff team teaching and coordinated the Bette D. Harris Family and Child Clinic.
